What is a steel bar thread rolling machine?
The steel bar thread rolling machine is a machine that uses the advanced technology of stripping and rolling to process the straight threads of the connection ends of the steel bars. Processing range and classification of steel bar thread rolling machine
The steel wire thread rolling machine can directly roll and process ordinary steel bars of Φ12, Φ14, Φ16, Φ18, Φ20, Φ22, Φ25, Φ28, Φ32, Φ36, Φ40 and other specifications and HRB335, HRB400, RRB400 steel bars.
The classification of thread rolling machines is relatively simple. According to the processing range, it is divided into 40 types and 50 types. There are three ways of operation. Semi-automatic, pneumatic, CNC type.
The working principle of the rebar thread rolling machine
1. Rebar clamping structure: Rebar clamping is accomplished by using positive and negative threaded screws to drive the clamping pliers to slide and self-center.
2. Thread head processing: clamp the steel bar, rotate the rib stripping thread rolling head, and perform axial feed to complete the thread processing. The rotation of the rib stripping thread rolling head is completed by the main motor through the reducer at a speed of 50 revolutions per minute. The feed is completed by the operator pulling the handle through the gear and rack to drive the reducer and the rib stripping and threading head to move along the slide bar.
3. Thread rolling wheel: The thread rolling wheel is composed of three pieces, which can be installed interchangeably, and the thread is formed at one time.
4. Tool advance and retreat: Turn on the main motor button, the motor drives the reducer and the rib stripping and threading head to rotate, the operator pulls the handle to feed, when the thread processing is completed, the stroke switch touch plate presses the stroke switch button, after a delay Reverse and return to the starting position and stop automatically.

How to use the thread rolling machine?
(1) Preparation before processing
1. Connect the power cord and ground wire as required, and turn on the power supply. The power supply is a three-phase 380V 50Hz AC power supply. To ensure personal safety, please use an automatic switch with leakage protection function.
2. In the coolant tank, add sufficient soluble coolant (adding oil coolant is strictly prohibited), also called emulsion, cutting fluid.
(2) Trial run on empty car
1. Rotate the water pump button. Check whether the cooling water pump is working properly.
2. Press the forward, reverse, and stop buttons to check whether the electrical control system is working properly.
3. According to the specifications of the processed steel bar, adjust the position of the limit switch contact.
(3) Debugging:
1. According to the diameter of the steel bars to be processed, the corresponding size thread roller is selected. The relationship between the thread roller and the diameter of the processed steel bar is shown in the table:

3. Select the corresponding test bar, adjust the size of the rib stripping device and the rolling wheel device. (The big end of the test bar is to adjust the size of the stripped rib, and the small end of the test bar is to adjust the size of the thread)
4. Adjust the position of the rib stripping stroke block according to the specifications of the processed steel plate to ensure that the length of the rib stripping reaches the required value. The relationship between striped rib length and steel bar specifications is shown in the table.

5. According to the specifications of the processed steel bars, adjust the position of the rib stripping stroke block to ensure that the effective length of the rolled thread reaches the required value. The relationship between the effective length of the thread and the steel bar specification is shown in the table
(4)Workpiece clamping
Mount the steel bar to be processed on the jaws of the vise, and the extension length should be aligned with the end surface of the stripping blade of the rolling head at the starting position, and then turn the handle to clamp.
Precautions for use of steel bar thread rolling machine
1. The cooling liquid must be a water-soluble emulsified cooling liquid, the oil-based cooling liquid is strictly prohibited, and ordinary lubricating oil can not be used instead.
2. Rolling threads is strictly prohibited when there is no coolant.
3. The ends of the steel bars to be processed should be flat and must be cut with a toothless saw. And the end should be round and straight within the length of 500mm, and no bending is allowed, and it is not allowed to directly process the end of the gas cutting or cutting machine.
4. During the initial cutting, the feed should be even, do not advance too fast to prevent the blade from chipping.
5. Slideways and sliders should be cleaned and oiled regularly.
6. Iron filings should be cleaned up in time.
7. The cooling liquid tank is cleaned once every half month.
8. The reducer should be refueled regularly to maintain the specified oil level.
9. The rolling machine should be maintained regularly.
10. The housing of the machine tool must be reliably grounded before use.
