Ideal YM330 and YM500 are single-head floor grinders. The single-head floor grinder is suitable for working in a compact space. Because single-head floor grinders are difficult to achieve uniform scratches, they are used for rough grinding and epoxy, glue removal, etc. 


The double-head reversing concrete grinder has two power output shafts, each of which has one or more grinding discs; and the two power output shafts of the double-head machine rotate in opposite directions, that is, they rotate in opposite directions to balance the torque and make the machine easier to operate. 

Ideal YM600 are Two-heads floor grinders. Double-head concrete floor grinders cover twice the working area and finish the same ground in a little faster time than single-head grinders. Although similar to a single-head grinder, it is suitable for preliminary preparation but also has a polishing function.


The four-head reversing concrete grinder four PTO shafts, each head has a grinding disc; and the four PTO shafts of the four-head machine rotate in opposite directions, that is, they rotate in opposite directions to balance torque and make the machine easier operating. The grinding width of a four-head reversing grinder is usually in the range of about 630 mm to 800 mm.

Ideal YM630~ YM818 are four-head floor grinders.
The four-head reversing floor grinder covers twice the working area and completes the same ground faster than the two-head reversing concrete grinder. With rough grinding leveling and polishing functions.

All of our floor grinding machine are gear driven. The machine with gear driven is more powerful and effective than belt driven, for maintenance only need to change the gear oil.

IDEAL engineers found most grinders are not high efficiency of use belt-driven system. And tension between belts waste a lot of power in practices.In addition,belt-driving cannot control grinding precision very well in that belts will slip when friction with floor is too big.This will lead to unstable speed of grinding heads or belt tension can slow down spinning of grinding heads significantly. The good news is that a gear-driving system can solve this problem for you. The gear-driving planetary rotating system in High Tech Grinding machines had passed 13000 hours of test successfully.
